Our projects

BEM Hotel and BEM Center Office Building

The Radetzky-barrack located on Bem square will be reborn and transformed into a high-end hotel, and category ‘A’ office building over the next two years, while maintaining its classicist facade and meeting all the expectations of the 21st century. On the ground floor of the building, a number of niche services will be available.

The two functions in the building complex will complement each other: the proximity of the hotel will provide physically and functionally integrated services – such as a restaurant, bar, café, public places, sky bar, office services and according to current plans, also a fitness center – to the renters of the flexibly customizable offices. All of these, in the heart of Bel-Buda, located near to the Danube.

The interior design of the Bem Center office building is assigned to Studio This while the whole interior of the hotel will be created by the Amsterdam-based Marcel Wanders studio. The building was designed by the 3h architectural firm, and according to current plans, it will open its doors to the public in the third quarter of 2023.

As part of the Dürer Park project, the 3,7-hectare area next to the Ajtósi Dürer sor – mostly occupied by long-abandoned, ruined buildings – will be completely renewed. The architectural concept is partly created by the architectural firm of the famous Lissoni Casal Ribeiró, one of the most prominent figures of contemporary design.

A projektben kiemelt szerepet kapnak a fenntartható megoldások és a kialakult zöldterületek megóvása, illetve megújítása is. A projekttel Zugló szívében nemcsak egy ingatlanfejlesztés valósul meg, de új érték jön létre.

Two office and three residential buildings will be built, complemented with inner parks and additional commercial functions.
According to plans, the project will be finished by 2024.

BudaPart

BudaPart is a new neighborhood – facing the Kopaszi Dam, across the Lágymányosi Bay – which will serve as a residential and office area at the same time. By the end of the development, around 7 thousand people might live here while the office buildings will be able to accommodate more than 23 thousand workers.

The exclusive, customizable, and spectacular view apartments will be encircled by the office buildings along the roads that define the boundaries of the neighborhood. Dombóvári road, a shopping street, will be developed between these two functional areas to host numerous restaurants and other services (e.g. doctor’s office, pharmacy, fitness center, shops, car wash, etc.).

The rest parks, cycle tracks, playgrounds, jogging tracks, and sports grounds in the quarter will serve the comfort of the people living and working here in BudaPart.
